BaBa Natural Cough Syrup (Alternative to “Cough Mani”)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Honey (or jaggery syrup)

  • 1 tbsp Tulsi juice

  • 1 tsp Ginger juice

  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder

  • 2-3 Crushed Black Peppercorns

  • 1 tsp Mulethi (Licorice) powder (optional)

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a glass jar.

  2. Warm slightly (do not boil honey).

  3. Take 1 tsp 2-3 times a day for cough relief.
